Subscription Plans

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or for any unused portion of a subscription. Once your payment is made, it covers the entire billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided.

Lifetime Deals

  • Conditional Refunds: Refunds for lifetime deals may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund request must be submitted through our official Support Portal.
  • Justification Required: To request a refund for a lifetime deal, you must provide a valid justification for your request. Refund requests made via other channels or without sufficient justification will not be considered.

Amazon SES Denials

  • Amazon SES Approval: Mailer Spark supports multiple SMTP providers, including Amazon SES. If your application for Amazon SES is denied, we are unable to issue a refund based on this denial. Please be aware that approval for Amazon SES is outside of our control.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted via the official Support Portal. Refunds submitted through other channels (e.g., email, live chat, etc.) will not be processed.
  • Evaluation: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will review the request and any supporting documentation, and we will notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Approval or Rejection: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method. If rejected, you will be notified of the decision and provided with an explanation.

Trial Period Refunds

  • 14-Day Free Trial: Mailer Spark offers a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this trial period. Once the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and your payment will be processed.
  • No Refund After Trial: After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time through our support portal, but no refunds will be issued after the trial period ends.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for any payment made to Mailer Spark, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly first if you have any issues with your billing or service to avoid such actions.
  • Disputes: If you have concerns or disputes regarding charges, please reach out to our support team through our official Support Portal before initiating any chargeback or dispute. We are happy to resolve any issues promptly.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Mailer Spark reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the updated Refund Policy.
